Advant Games appoints new CEO

Advant Games has appointed Mr. Riku Soininen, former innovation and
business development manager at Veikkaus Oy (the Finnish National
Lottery) to lead the rapidly expanding company into international growth.
Soininen started as operating CEO of Advant Games on April 1st 2010 after an extensive 12 year career at the Finnish National Lottery. Before joining Veikkaus in the late 90's, Soininen has worked in directoral roles at Tampere Technology Center, ICT center of excellence and Tampere University of Technology, Digital Media Institute.
"I am very excited about this opportunity and working with the AG team", Soininen says.
The unique combination of Advant Games patented technologies and Soininen's experience in lottery innovation and international cooperation does indeed create an interesting foundation to build international growth on.

Interactive Gaming Seminar (Hamar)

At the forthcoming WLA / EL Interactive Gaming Seminar (May 25 - 28) in Norway, a rapid prototyping process will be demonstrated by Veikkaus and Advant Games Ltd. During the seminar, a new lottery game will be developed from idea to a fully functional and playable lottery game, based on a questionnaire for participants.
If you have recieved a request to contribute ideas towards the game that will be developed, we sincerely appreciate your cooperation. We look forward to meeting you in Hamar, and demonstrating fast prototyping and analyses for lottery game concepts in practice.

European e-Inclusion awards

The winners of the 2008 European e-Inclusion Awards were announced at
the e-Inclusion Ministerial Conference in Vienna (01/12/2008). Advant Games co-created the unique interactive website for the Finnish winner: The A-Clinic Foundation.
The A-Clinic Foundation has used its Shadow World project to reach out to 11-15 year old Finnish youths suffering from parental substance misuse. The organisation has created an interactive website in cooperation with Advant Games And Moido Games to support a Manga-style comic book that provides vulnerable and isolated children knowledge about their options for seeking help.

A new corporate symbol has been designed to better reflect our brand and values. The company website has been renewed in depth, both visually to comply with our new image, and technologically with an entirely new media platform.
